Project : Balance Sheet Reconciler
Client : One of the biggest IT companies in Europe Description :
Balance Sheet Reconciliation’s (BSR’s) is a required component of Period-End reporting for the Finance area. The application will allow all BSR’s to be performed, authorized and reviewed electronically. This will reduce manual operations for reconciling the accounts and retrieving the reports for specified Year/Quarter/Month. The data is retrieved from the ERP package in form of a flat file (XML or CSV). This data is then transferred to Database. The data from the ERP contains a SCOA (Standard Chart of Account) code. This is a unique code which is used to identify each Account. The format of SCOA Code depends on organizations accounting practices. Thus SCOA code may differ from organization to organization. The main purpose of this application will be to allow the administrator to customize the application for scrutiny of the accounts.

Vendor Procurement system is used to manage and process invoices form vendors to companies. The system allows the vendors to be mapped to companies. Each vendor – company association will be managed by a designated employee. The employee would view the invoices and facilitate its processing. Employee would update the invoice processing status accordingly and set the next process due date.

InteliChek is in the business of collecting competitive pricing data in the automotive industry. InteliChek has established many long-term relationships with automotive companies, parts manufacturers, retailers, and automotive service companies. InteliChek provides these companies with competitive pricing data and reports. Currently companies submit their service provider data using Excel files which limitations in usage. To make the data centralized, searchable, simultaneously updatable and scalable we are undertaking the development of a centralized web enabled database application.
